Are you still getting those errors? It means something is not good. It can help to clear your browser cache, to make sure you have the lastest version of Viewbook.

Hello,
The upload problem is solved.
The problem started during night time (Europe) when our upload server ran out of disk space. This happens when log files take too much space. Normally we are alerted immediately via SMS, however this time we did not receive any message. Maybe there was an issue with our mobile carrier.
We've now learned that we add another person to our alert system. In case something goes wrong more persons are alerted.
My apologies for the inconvenience.
Yours,

Ok, I see now (it seems) that it was due to my filesize being nearly 20mb. What are the file upload restrictions? Limits on file size or dimension? What could be causing this?
Hi, I am having the same issue. Is this happening because I am trying to do this during my 30 day free trail? I have cleared my cache and tried several browser still no luck.

Do you happen to have a firewall active, that blocks your uploads? You can also try to upgrade your Flash player: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ If the issue continues to happen please send a support request here.

Hello. This maybe related, but I've been having issues uploading onto Viewbook for a while. The process is always incredibly slow and freezes sometime during mid-upload. It says there's a problem with my internet connection but connection is fine and adequate. When I upload in bulk (even as small as 5 files) I find that in order for the photos to actually upload correctly I must do them ONE BY ONE, which is extremely tedious and ends up taking a very long time. If I don't do it this way, many of the photos end up with errors and don't load correctly on my website. Suggestions?
