The Manager Window

Central to Viewbook is the Image Manager. With the Image Manager you upload and organize your images and create and manage your albums, pages and websites.

Let's take a quick look at what's there:

A. Albums list: The album list shows the complete list of all your albums. Albums are sets of images, which you can share online in a slideshow or photo album.

B. Pages and Websites list: The pages list shows the complete list of all your pages and websites. You can drag albums into pages and you can drag and drop reorder pages in the list. If you have the Pro account more Page formats are available.

C. Toolbar: The toolbar with all the main buttons:

  • 'New' - create a new album or page
  • 'Upload' - Upload images directly into an album
  • 'Style' - Change the visual properties of your album
  • 'Delete' - Delete any item you've selected (albums, pages and images).
  • 'Open' - Open your public album or page
  • 'Share' - Access to different share options
  • 'Settings' - Access to different album or page settings

D. Images list: The images inside your album. Reorganize the images by dragging them to a new position, or select multiple images to reorganize more than one image.

E. Image details: By clicking an image you can edit the image details: title and description. You also get the links to different image sizes directly.
