How do I Embed an Album into my Website?

Embedding Viewbook is easy and at the same time very powerful. Manage your images in Viewbook and show them wherever you want.

To Embed your albums click 'Share' button and copy the code from the embed field. You can paste the code into your website or web log. All changes you make to your album in Viewbook are automatically changed in your Embedded album.

Can I adjust the size of the embedded Viewbook?

Yes, simply change the 'width' and the 'height' properties you find in the embed code.

Note: when the embed size is smaller than 400 pixels it re-sizes automatically to smaller thumbs.

I used this solution to embed a Viewbook album in my Viewbook website because I wanted to use a long caption underneath the single picture on a page and found that the Album template did not allow me to include the full text of this longer caption. This is the page concerned: http://www.jenieceprimus.com/info

Notice the Viewbook logo to the upper right of the picture? Do you have any advice for removing this? Thanks.

Hi Jeniece, you can hide the viewbook logo in the album styling panel. The albums that you embed this way you can style n the upper album section.

Did you know you can also embed a single image in the text page? You can do that by pasting the url of the single image in the text field and put !'s on both sides of the url. See for more editing specs http://support.viewbook.com/entries/53673-how-can-i-add-formatting-...
