How do I Pay and Upgrade?

You can activate your Viewbook subscription and pay with Credit Card in your Viewbook account section. If you cannot use a Credit Card, please contact us here.

Step 1 - Login to your Viewbook Image Manager

Step 2 - Click 'Account & Payment'

Step 3 - Click 'Plans & Payment'

Step 4 - Select your plan, and click 'go to payment' supp1.jpg

 Step 5: follow the steps to complete the payment.

I have a pro account that need to update my payment. I have received my email notification that the automatic payment did not happened because of my credit card detail from my PayPal account. I have recently received a new credit card and update my credit card detail into my account. I hope this will be no problems for next re payment on the 29 January. I do not want anymore problems I do not want to lose my website. Can I actually update my payment via Viewbook website? Sorry to ask you this I am very careful myself about payment online and update payment about my Viewbook website.

Hello Simon, I just looked into it. Your subscription with your credit card in our new system (not PayPal) looks all good and active. I just cancelled your subscription in PayPal, so you don't have to do that anymore. So all looks good now. If you have any questions, just mail us at support@viewbook.com
